We Sell Restaurants welcomed three new Certified Restaurant Brokers into the ranks this week with the latest round of training. Certified Restaurant Broker Training is the most robust and extensive program in the nation for providing the specialized skills required for Restaurant Brokerage.
The group worked online for two full weeks prior to attending in house training for a full 40-hour curriculum. The first week of training focused on the award-winning book Appetite for Acquisition to prepare the Certified Restaurant Broker® with the mindset of a buyer and the effort needed to prepare for the buying experience and identify the ideal opportunity amidst the thousands of restaurants for sale.
The second week focused on week-long practice and exercises to build confidence and skills on the We Sell Restaurants proprietary software platform called the B.O.S.S. TM or Broker's Operations and Sales System. The Broker's Operations and Sales Systems takes every function of a restaurant broker and reduces the time spent on administrative and marketing tasks so that time and focus can be spent on buyer and seller interaction. The would-be Certified Restaurant Brokers were tested daily on the knowledge and skills needed to operate the one of a kind system that delivers buyers and sellers to their dashboard.
The last week of class is taught by the industry leaders and We Sell Restaurant Founders Eric and Robin Gagnon along with additional subject matter experts. The team instruction approach includes role playing exercises, along with video and slide show presentation to boost a Restaurant Broker’s skills and get them ready to provide excellence in service.
The final week is spent in the field with mentoring and instruction one on one with Franchise Partners. The extensive program graduates only the best in class for Restaurant Brokerage.
The three candidates earning their Certified Restaurant Broker designation this week include:
Brittney Gates. Brittney is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida and services the Volusia and Flagler Counties. She has over 15 years of experience in business sales, analysis, marketing and customer service and over delivers when working with her clients.
Ron Uphouse – Ron is joining the Colorado practice led by John Jordan. He is a veteran and past top performer in Insurance Sales as well as a small business owner. He has years of experience providing excellence in sales and service he will apply to his new role.
Hannah Eisenband - Hannah is working in the South Florida office covering Broward and Palm Beach counties. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business. Hannah has previously worked in the commercial real estate industry with a large commercial property management firm handling tenant compliance issues.
