Buying a Restaurant Broker Franchise

restaurant broker franchiseAre you one of the many who love so many things about this industry but have a lifestyle conflict with the hours, nights and weekends demanded of the hospitality world?  You're not alone and that's why you may want to consider yourself an ideal candidate for a restaurant broker franchise.  In the past year, We Sell Restaurants has taken their brand power, systems development, process and applications into the national arena as a franchisor.  After all, we have more than a decade of experience delivering on a quality promise.  We have an unmatched web platform in our B.O.S.S. (Brokers Operations and Sales System) and we have sold hundreds of restaurants.  In addition, we offer the nation's only program leading to a Certifed Restaurant Broker accreditation.  Who is better able to teach others by offering a restaurant broker franchise?

Certified Restaurant BrokerWe will not tell you this has been easy.  As a franchisor, we wondered if we would be able to sufficiently translate our knowledge base and systems to new restaurant brokers in markets with no built in market share or listings.  Would our training get restaurant brokers off the ground and running so they could run a business model that delivered the results they were looking for?  Lastly, with a brand going nationwide with our name, could we control the product, delivery and method to protect We Sell Restaurants as carefully in Nashville as we do in Norcross.  After the first 18 months, we are happy to report a resounding “yes” to all these questions and demonstrate that the restaurant broker franchise model is a viable and productive one for many in the industry, particularly those with background in restaurant or restaurant management.

In addition, our inbound marketing program has attracted so many new leads into our system that we now must expand through franchising to handle the demand for our services to list restaurants for sale across the country.  With that in mind, we have developed a goal to launch the following territories and are actively seeking restaurant broker franchisees in these markets.

Texas:   Texas is the number one state in inquiries for restaurant sales and it seems certain there is business to be done in this vital and growing market.  We also like the political climate and leadership in Texas which is very pro-business.

North Carolina:  Our proximity from Atlanta to key markets in North Carolina like Charlotte and Raleigh Durham and our powerhouse southeast bsed brand is driving leads for restaurant sellers in these markets.

Alabama:  Birmingham is on the restaurant brokers mind because of the adjacency to the rest of our southeast markets, its favorable business climate and requests for representation.

The ideal candidate for a restaurant broker franchise is not a “newbie.”  Instead, they are someone that has spent time in the industry, preferable as an owner/operator or General Manager/Regional Manager for a franchise.  They will be attracted to the opportunity for several reasons:

1)      Opportunity to work in the industry they love without the nights and weekends.  This is a lifestyle shift you can get behind.

2)      Working knowledge of the financial metrics of a restaurant for sale and standard equipment gives our brokers instant credibility when working with buyers and sellers.

3)      Low cost of entry with a very inexpensive franchise that does not require large amounts of working capital.  You can work from a home office so the only infrastructure you really need outside of ourestaurants for saler systems and marketing is a cell phone and laptop.

If you know someone who is a fit for our restaurant broker franchise, please introduce them to the concept of We Sell Restaurants.  We can think of no better champions for our brand than our loyal customers, buyers or sellers, that have experienced the We Sell Restaurants difference firsthand.
