Multiple franchisees and agents of the We Sell Restaurants systems attended training this year at our new and improved facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Our state-of-the-art classroom saw instruction from our entire leadership team with classes focusing on the buyer experience, the seller experience, restaurant valuation, dealmaking and more. Our training was extended an extra week in house to make sure that our newly minted Certified Restaurant Brokers have more hands-on training with actual clients as they move into their markets to set them up for success. Over the past year, the leadership team has prioritized technological progress, concentrating on advancing the proprietary B.O.S.S. (Broker Operations and Sales System). Their commitment has led to substantial enhancements, providing franchisees with cutting-edge tools and resources. Furthermore, upgrades to the 3D virtual tour functionality are transforming how prospective buyers experience and engage with restaurant listings.
