Allison Gregory: Franchise Partner, Aurora Colorado
Allison Gregory joins us as a Certified Restaurant Broker® and Franchise Partner for Aurora Colorado. Her journey to this role is one that reflects both depth of experience and a true understanding of restaurant operations from the inside out. A former restaurant owner herself, Allison brings firsthand knowledge of the complexities of running a business – managing operations, leading teams, and navigating local, state, and federal regulations.
But her qualifications don’t stop there. Allison also has a powerful background in business optimization. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an Applied Data Science certification from MIT. Her corporate experience advising large healthcare organizations gives her an exceptional edge in guiding restaurant buyers and sellers through highly informed, data-driven decisions.
Her journey with We Sell Restaurants began not as a broker, but as a client. She purchased a second-generation restaurant through our platform, managed it remotely during a cross-country relocation, and successfully exited the business — all while experiencing firsthand the power of our systems, processes, and broker support. Inspired by that journey, she knew her next step was to help others do the same. Now, as a Franchise Partner, she is focused on delivering the same high level of service to the restaurant owners and buyers of Aurora Colorado.
With her unique mix of hands-on restaurant ownership and advanced analytical skills, Allison is equipped to help sellers maximize value and guide buyers toward smart, sustainable investments. Her Aurora Colorado market is growing rapidly, and Allison is excited to support restaurant transitions with insight, care, and results.
Brandon Gipson: Franchise Partner, Tucson, Arizona
Also joining us is Brandon Gipson, who will serve as the Certified Restaurant Broker® and Franchise Partner for the Tucson, Arizona market. Brandon brings a rich blend of restaurant and financial services expertise spanning more than two decades. He started his career working in his family’s McDonald’s franchise, gaining comprehensive operational experience under the guidance of his Owner/Operator father. The success of their high-volume location laid the foundation for a deep understanding of restaurant ownership, team leadership, and customer service.
Brandon later transitioned to financial services, advising top-tier institutions including KPMG, Accenture, Wells Fargo, and USAA. His roles spanned client advisory, enterprise risk management, financial modeling, and operational controls. This experience uniquely positions him to serve clients with both operational expertise and analytical rigor.
Brandon holds a Finance degree from DePaul University, where he was also an NCAA Division I student-athlete, and an MBA from George Washington University. He brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to client service. His exclusive focus on the Tucson market ensures that local restaurant owners receive personalized attention and expert advice through every step of the buying or selling process.
The Tucson restaurant scene is dynamic, with growing interest from investors, operators, and entrepreneurs alike. Brandon's dual background in restaurants and finance makes him the ideal partner for this diverse and evolving market. We are thrilled to see the Tucson franchise launch under his leadership.
Elisa Noriega: Certified Restaurant Broker®, Houston, Texas
We also proudly welcome Elisa Noriega to the Houston team as a Certified Restaurant Broker®. Elisa brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, combined with a strong background in restaurant operations. Having managed restaurants in both Brazoria and Harris County, she understands the demands and intricacies of the industry firsthand.
Elisa is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French, Chinese, and Italian, allowing her to serve a diverse and multilingual clientele with ease. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. Her commitment to personalized, professional service aligns perfectly with the We Sell Restaurants brand promise.
As a member of the Houston franchise team, Elisa is already making a positive impact. Her deep roots in Texas, extensive real estate background, and multilingual capabilities are valuable assets for local restaurant owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
