Restaurant Brokerage Firm Adds Fifth Franchise in Florida

The new franchise will be owned by Clermont resident Mel Ferioli. The majority of the business will come from the southern part of Lake County, covering Clermont and West Orlando. This will be the fifth We Sell Restaurants franchise in Florida. A new WSR territory in Jacksonville opened in January.

We Sell Restaurants announced its newest territory in Clermont, FL. We Sell Restaurants Clermont formally opens for business on April 4.

Ferioli brings 40 years of sales experience to the business. Prior to joining We Sell Restaurants, she spent the past three years as Sales Manager for Water Oak Country Club Estates, a 55+ manufactured home community in Lady Lake, FL. In that role she oversaw marketing and sales operations for the community.

“Mel brings a valuable amount of experience to her role as a franchise owner with We Sell Restaurants in Clermont,” said We Sell Restaurants’ CEO Robin Gagnon. “She learned first-hand about the industry while growing up around her family-owned restaurant. She also has extensive sales experience which is an important asset in helping people in the Clermont and Orlando areas maximize their values as they buy or sell a restaurant.”
