The summer months come to end as we welcome the month of September. Before we kick off the fall season, let's take a look at the most popular Restaurants for Sale from August. This top 10 list ranks restaurants based on the number of calls, clicks, and signed Confidentiality Agreements that each restaurant received over the last month. Read on to see a snapshot of where our buyers were most interested of late!

Our previous lists this year, we have seen restaurants in the south eastern states garner most of the attention. Additionally, these restaurants have been available at more modest investments, with most under $100,000. This month, we see slightly more variety in geography as we look at the top 10 restaurants for sale in August 2022. 

Leading the pack this past month was a restaurant for sale in Denver. The fully equipped brewery concept attracted the most attention from buyers throughout July. It also has the largest price tag on the list this month. In fact, each top restaurant for sale last month is listed below $100,000 except for our #1 and #10 best restaurants for sale. Still, we saw the most buyer traffic on these restaurants, all available at or nder $150,000.

Not to our surprise, nearly half of the top restaurants for sale last month were opportunities available in Florida.  These concepts were equipped and convertible for the inquiring buyer—the perfect opportunities to cook up your ideas and success. Buyers continue to seek ou opportunities in the sunshine state. 

Also a repeating trend from previous months, we have a couple of restaurants for sale in the Texas markets on the top 10 list. The below $75k price point continues to attract inquiring buyers looking for a smaller initial investment. 

Finally, we have a couple of restaurants for sale from the North Carolina markets on our list of best restaurants for sale in August 2022, both hovering that $50,000 price point.
