It's Out!  The restaurant brokers have been incredibly busy this month so we're actually behind in issuing our results for May 2013.  Here is a recap of the most popular and most searched listings for the month of May 2013.  The popularity of the listings is based on the number of signed confidentiality agreements the restaurant brokers received along with email and phone inquries on the restaurants for sale.

Topping the list at number one is a brand new listing just released last month.  This $75,000 opportunity that's fully equipped with very inexpensive rent was a home run listing that immediately shot to number one on the list.

The second most popular listing in our top ten for the month of May is a restaurant for lease in Hallandale Beach Florida.  THis great property has a monthly rent of $5300 and is located in gorgeous Boca Raton Florida.

LLow price listings seemed to take center stage and this quick service restaurant for sale was a new opportunity that hit the market in May as well.  Located in Woodstock, this opportunity is attached to  gas station and is perfect for one of the inexpensive pizza or sub shop quick service franchise offerings.  

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream!  Summer's here and so are the customers lining up at this Frozen Yogurt and Ice cream shop for sale in East Cobb.  The demographics of this Marietta community are excellent and this restaurant for sale is priced to move at just $39,000.  It's no wonder it came in number four on the restaurant brokers hit parade this month.

Offered at under 99,000, a second listing in desirable East Cobb made the top half of our restaurants for sale list last month.  This large (5000 square foot) location has great rent with utilities included.  Restaurant buyers were definitely interested in this one.

Buying a franchise is always better when you are the second owner and boy do you get a deal!  That's what got the interest going in this pizza franchise restaurant for sale.  Priced at only $79,000, the restaurant brokers fully expect someone to take this one off the market before long.

Quick service restaurants mean low staffing models and low effort menus.  That's what a restaurant buyer saw in this location which had strong interest last month.  It's under contract now and set for closing in June.

Another brand new restaurant for lease opportunity hit the market in May and drove strong looks.  This Decatur restaurant for lease is only $5500 a month for almost 6500 square feet.  We're getting lots of inquries on this one but no deal is inked yet.

This franchise sports bar for sale in Macon was priced to move and did it ever!  The restaurant brokers had a contract within days of releasing this one to the market.  We're in the process of finalizing franchise approval so the new owner can take over and realize his dream of buying a bar.

The tenth most popular listing in the month of May was this office park cafe sandwich shop for sale.  With low rent, a captive audience and utilities included, this one didn't last long.  The restaurant brokers have it under contract now and we're witing on the landlord to finalize the closing.
