Given everything that has happened over the past few months, it may come as a surprise to some that folks are actively buying and selling restaurants. If you think about it, however, with restaurants reopening, the stock market rallying, and certain concepts like pizza, wings, ice cream, and anything with a drive thru and/or delivery performing strongly, it would make sense that restaurant sales are doing well.
