The most popular listing for the month was a Restaurant for lease in the historic portion of Downtown Roswell.  The interesting thing about the popularity of this restaurant is that it was actually listed with another broker for an entire year!  The seller told us she never got a single showing.  We already have an offfer pending on this restaurant for lease.  Look for a new concept in this location by summer.
