The restaurant brokers are live on the air in Atlanta Georgia with their radio show on Celebrity Chefs and their impact on the industry.  Each week, these business experts pull together experts on topics trending in the restaurant industry.  Join them as they question the best in the industry and get answers to the questions you may have on the topic.

This week the restaurant brokers are joined by Loud Television casting producer, Erica Magaril and Chef Abraham Salum of Salum and Komali Restaurants.  The topic is the glamorization of celebrity chefs. Erica Magaril explains how culinary chefs have become its own niche in the business world complete with specialty public relations firms. Erica also explains how past contestants of cooking shows can parlay their new found 15 minutes of fame into talk show appearances, cook books, and spin off shows. Chef Abraham explains his humble beginnings as he went from an immigrant to becoming as successful restaurant owner and chef in America. Chef Abraham also shares why celebrity chef status is not as glamorous as people think it is. Tune in and learn more about the impact celebrity chefs has had on the restaurant industry with the restaurant brokers along with industry experts.

Eria is currently casting a new television project for a major lifestyle network. Chasing the Dream is currently in casting and she would love to connect with people who have relocated with plans to start a new career path and open new businesses. She is especially interested in restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries or anything in the hospitality industry such as a resort or bed and breakfast. It would be a major bonus if these people have no prior experience in the industry and are relocating a large distance. We would be open to considering sellers (prior restaurant owners) if the sale is motivated by a desire to move a great distance, or a desire to change careers, or both! Our goal is to find people whose move will result in a major lifestyle change, so we are open to suggestions outside of the above. We are able to consider folks who are ready to move and seriously shopping properties (ready to make an offer asap) or who have made the move in the past 6 months-1 year. This project is all about great people with great stories of "buying the dream", following their passions and starting a new life!
